-Steel access openings to be charged
as 50% of steel renewal
-Measurements will be done with the maximum breadth and lenght
-Total steel weight calculation will be carried out by measuring
with vessel and steel dencity to be calculated 8t/m3
- Unless otherwise specified all steel plates will be Grade A
quality and shopprimed conditioned
-For testing of tanks, loading/ discharging will be carried out
by vessel' s pumps.
-All welding seams inspection with x-rays and ultrasonic will be
owner/ manager' s account. In case a failure determines at the
inspections after fixing the failure the additional x-rays and
ultrasonic which may have taken will be Yard' s account.
- Time spent for tank cleaning workss which is related with or
obstructs the steel works will not be included in repair period.
- All steel scrap shall be yard' s property.
- Staging is included in steel renewal prices for min. 600kg
steel renewal ordered above a staging tower 6 sqm base area.
- Corrugated/bended steel to be added 0 .20 usd per kg
- Ballast tanks and other place must be clean before steel work
- If necessary to be cleaned and gas free will be extra
- All scraps to be shipyard property
- Steel replacement quantity per day - between 2- 6 tons depend
of place -
