-Air test of rudder to 0.2 kg/cm2
-Withdrawal of rudder stock / pintle bearings
-Renewal pintle sleeve bronze/stainless steel -material owner

-Renewal pintle bearing orkod/bronze - material owner supply-
-Recondition pintle conical place -welding/machining -
-Bronze bearing/sleeve manufacturing - material include- gross
Tailshaft
-Removal and refitting of rope guard
-Measurement of stern tube clearences
-Test of shaft with dye penetration
-Test of shaft with magnaflux test or ultrasonic test
-Renewal oil seals -material yard supply-aft&frwd stern tube
-Propeller shaft withdrawal from outside/inside and refitting
back
-Releasing/lifting of intermediate shaft to the inside
-Disconnect/connect of hydraulic coupling and withdrawal of
-----tailshaft together with CPP hub (without dismounting of
blades)(shaft dia.)
-Opening and closing of interim shaft bearing for surveying
-Deflection control from shaft flange (before entrance of
docking and after repair undocking position -per time)
-Withdrawal of shaft bearings into stern tube frwd&aft
-Manufacture new bearing -by white metal/babbit include grossw
-Renewal of tallow packing- material yard supply -
-Manufacture bronze bush of shaft - material include-
grossweight
-Renewal bronze bush of shaft - material ow.supp and machining
on lathe
-Epoxy coating to the shaft - if require -
-Chrome liner machining /polishing
Propeller
-Propeller dismantling & refitting of
conventional type
-Removal of CPP propeller blades (per blade)
-Propeller cleaning by acid
-Propeller polishing by grinding tools
-Repair propeller&balancing after if require After inspection
-Dye penantration test on propeller
-C.P.P hub complete demonted renewal seals,bushes,bearings,cleaning,assambling
